About Me - Q & A

How long have you been doing what you do, and how did you become a Reiki Master - Certification Success Educator?

To answer this question, it’s probably best that I share with you a defining moment, and a resulting “compelling story”, that brought me to where I am today – helping/coaching people like you on exactly what steps to take in becoming Usui Reiki I, II and Master Level certified as well as what it takes to be a successful Reiki practitioner in a growing field. Please understand that this program is not only the beginning of your healing practice journey but is also an incorporation of life changing strategies that will guide you toward SUCCESS in all areas of life.

That defining moment in my life happened 16 years ago, approximately February of 2007.

I was suffering from severe anxiety and depression which ultimately landed me in the hospital for several days. I was a single parent, running a household and a business while trying to survive “One Day at a Time”. I was drowning in the overwhelm of bills, bad habits and trying to be everything to everyone, during that time in my life. I was financially plummeting and barely able to function. The recipe for disaster. I wasn’t sleeping, I wasn’t eating, I was fading away. Shocked that my doctor didn’t notice I had lost 20lbs prior to my episode. Yup, there was an episode! I told a couple of people how I was feeling, but nobody understood. Through a series of unfortunate events, all of my thoughts eventually turned to fear which caused me to literally stop breathing. I was turning blue and I was sure I was going to die. That’s when somebody noticed. My mother took me to the emergency room, THANK GOD! That day changed my life forever. While hospitalized I decided to create a goal to empower myself. I knew I never wanted to hit that rock bottom again.  It was hard for my loved ones to see me in such a dark place and hard for me to know that they worried about me so much. I became dedicated and laser focused to properly manage my thoughts, feelings and actions creating new habits to be able to stay balanced. I started the work on my own recovery to regain confidence and love myself again.

I began practicing new daily routines and healthy habits of self-love and self-care IE: Daily affirmations - Meditation/Prayer - Yoga - Body Brushing - Oil Pulling - Daily workouts and Healthy Eating. I was very well aware of my condition and I was hell bent to begin curing myself with Mind, Body and Soul healing techniques. I started to feel free from the anxiety and worry, and when I had down moments they were less devastating. I was able to recognize oncoming feelings so I could be proactive in stopping anything negative from taking over. I created checklists that became integrated in my daily existence. I noticed an overall peace and understanding of myself and why I felt the way I did. I left behind the baggage and became present. I saw my relationships were changing, I was attracting healthier people and situations into my life. I was healing myself!  Mind You, at this point and time, I had not yet discovered the Healing Art of Reiki or Consulting Hypnosis.

As a skincare practitioner I was continuously hearing from my client’s things like “You have a gift.” “I feel so much better after a treatment with you” and “Your hands are magical.” I knew there was more I could be offering my clients and be more beneficial to them on a different level, which is when I began learning about the Beautiful Practice of Reiki. I had a client whom I was sharing my vision of developing a higher frequency/intuition to connecting with my clients.  Voila, that was when the teacher appeared! That was the moment I met my Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, my client.  She shared with me a brief description of what Reiki was and I knew that my search was over!  I, too, wanted to be an Usui Reiki Healer/Master and was willing to practice, study and follow all the guidelines made available to me through a program designed by my Reiki Master Instructor.  It was because of the treatments she had with me, knowing I had a gift to offer the world, she was very happy to take me under her wing. I was ready to expand my gifts and graciously accepted the offer.

I started to study the Healing Arts modality of Usui Reiki, and developed more of an intuitive healing practice. I wanted to help people get to the core of what was causing them the blocks in their lives, and find ways to help clear them out. Reiki energy can clean out the darker parts of ourselves with light and love.  I witnessed my clients gain confidence, manifest abundance, and new awareness into themselves. I watched the light bulbs turn on, and people were changing their realities and healing. Reiki was not only effective for emotional pain and life balance it was also helping with physical pain as well; my clients were reporting reduced symptoms of pain and ailments which was improving their quality of life.

I cleaned up my past and would like to help others do the same. Gain their confidence and GROW their healing practices. I have since made a commitment to dedicate myself to helping other self-employed, sole practitioners and aspiring energy workers breakthrough their inner blocks, rise up to a higher frequency, increase abundance with finances, relationships and all that they desire. I want my students to see themselves FREE to create the life they’ve always dreamed of. Personally and prfessionally.

“The Reiki Master Certification Success Program”, is a series of 6-10 inner and outer business building steps per certification level every Reiki Master, Healer and/or sole proprietor needs to clear and balance - not only to open up to being Attuned to Reiki I, Reiki II and Master Level Certification but to being as successful as you possibly can in your Healing Practices.

Now I have integrated all of this knowledge into a system to not only teach my students and Certify them as a Reiki practitioner but guide them on a spiritual journey to feel empowered, have increased confidence, and to be free to live their authentic lives. I have created programs for Reiki I & II or Reiki Master Certification - whichever path you choose!

What Exactly is Reiki?

Rei (pronounced Ray) means Spiritual Wisdom and Ki (pronounced Key) means Life Energy. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Usui Reiki was discovered by Mikao Usui in March of 1922. Reiki is administered by “laying on hands” and techniques such as this have been practiced for thousands of years. Reiki is a very simple yet powerful technique that can be learned by anyone willing to take the necessary steps of attunement and practice. Although the definition seems simple, trust me when I tell you that as you evolve into this miraculous realm of higher frequency as a healer, your whole life will change. Clarity, Beauty, Knowingness, Spiritual Connection and Recognizable Guidance.

Who are your clients?

I work with people just like you who are holistic practitioners, energy workers, lightworkers, sales professionals, writers, artists, athletes, physicians, nurses, medical practitioners and entrepreneurs who are really good at what they do and desire to enhance that level of success. Not only will my program of becoming a Master Certified Reiki practitioner bring you to a heightened serene existence that you may never have known existed but you will also learn to attract abundance, health, faith as well as increase your intuitive awareness.

What makes you different from other “Reiki Certification Educators”?

Although you will learn all of the basic theory and practices toward earning your certification certificates and becoming a Master in the field, should you so choose to follow through to Master Level, this program is unique because I will teach you inner and outer principles for success with your practice from an organic and spiritual perspective. What that means is that you will learn how to clear blockages to your own success and begin to learn business strategies to help STOP wasting time and leaking energy and power where it doesn’t belong.

What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me?

The Usui Reiki Certification Success program is truly developed for those who have always felt they could help others on a higher energy frequency and is willing to go the distance, open themselves up and have faith that they have a gift they are willing to tune into and share with others for energy exchange.  Meaning, not only are you absolutely excited and dead serious about breaking into this new, wonderful, empowering Healing Energy Practice but you also are driven to develop an even more successful, abundant and joyful life.

Being a driven, hardworking, positive energy go-getter, I am known to work best with those with similar goals.  People who are committed to their success and are not afraid to work hard and practice as much as possible to gain confidence and feel comfortable performing Reiki Energy healing on others.  You will be expected to take serious and consistent action throughout the entire program. No excuses as to why you are not keeping up with practices which may require a different way of thinking however you will have full support, guidance and encouragement while you achieve this incredible exciting goal!

For what type of professionals are your programs NOT going to work?

Please know I am very selective with who I work with, choosing to (gently) turn away people who aren’t suited for my program and won’t get the results for which they have signed up for.  It wouldn’t be fair to them. The Reiki Master Certification Success program is NOT for those just hoping to gain another certification to look good on their office wall or next to their name on their business cards. This program is also NOT for those who are not open and willing to create a peaceful balance within. This program is NOT for those with little to no faith and NOT for those in the midst of a serious crisis. Again, it wouldn’t be fair to you if you could not focus wholeheartedly on this program during the time you’ve been enrolled. Another personality type that will NOT be suited for this program is the chronic skeptic who will challenge every aspect of this program.  If you are one of these people, again, I gently and respectfully ask that you do not sign up for a call and you understand why. We probably will not work well together and I wouldn't want you to waste your time or money. Is that fair?

What exactly is the “Reiki Certification Success Program” and what does it include?

The Reiki Certification process and program begins with the understanding of your true gifts and their true value, where your healing energy really comes from, how to manifest what you want moving forward and just as important as the attunements to each level of certification is the development of success and proper energy exchange for growth and abundance in this field. You will experience all of this thoroughly throughout the program.

1.Set Your Intentions

We examine where you are in your life, business wise, spiritual balance and connection of both.  We want you to get CRYSTAL clear about your intentions for this program. What you want to experience in your personal life and business life should you proceed with a Reiki practice upon Certification completion. Before you can manifest what you want you have to KNOW what you want. If what you want is to not only to learn the ancient Japanese healing energy practice of “laying on hands” but also to learn to create a Thriving Reiki Practice through Vision, Intentions and proper Attitudes. It is then, my beautiful friend, that you know you are in the right program!

2. Release Your Inner Resistance

If you are struggling at all with an inner resistance of procrastination or simply just “feeling stuck”, have no fear.  You’ll be learning proven techniques for breaking through your inner resistance, self-doubt, fear, anxiety and all that “stuff” that keeps you from developing that heightened level frequency and success in this program.

3. Master the Healing Art of Usui Reiki

Together we will work on plan that will give you the proper tools (manuals for success), attunements (online I will perform distance attunements for Reiki Level I, II, and Master Level) and practices to prepare you for your Certifications. The program includes but is not limited to:

●     Several- 60 minute one-on-one or group training sessions with your Reiki Master/Instructor - during which time you will receive your attunements (if online we will do this via “FaceTime” with distance Reiki practices) 

●     Follow-up Q&A one-on-one session with your Reiki Master/Instructor (if online we will also do this via “FaceTime”)

●     Authentic Reiki Certifications - Reiki I, Reiki II and Master Level Awarded upon completion of all Level requirements

●     Reading Assignments and required practice Reiki treatments performed by you to your own clients/friends/colleagues

●     Additional advanced training with Crystals, Pendulums and Angel Cards

●     Business theory of creating a thriving Reiki Practice through Business Consciousness and goal manifesting exercises

Taking a private one-on-one class Locally or Virtually - you will have the undivided attention from your Reiki Master during these one-on-one sessions. Focus and Clarity
It is very important that you take this program seriously and agree to SHOW UP for all of your one-on-one training sessions as well as complete all assignments between each session.  If you neglect to SHOW UP you will not receive your attunements, therefore you also will not be awarded your certifications.  Reiki is a beautiful practice that should not be stressful, however I do have to be a stickler on this because you will not be doing anyone a great service without the proper training and attunements. I promise to be here for you so I expect you will do the same. Sound good?!

Get out and Start Using your Gift - Energy Exchange
Once you are attuned and have received even just your Reiki I Certification you’ll want to use your gift and begin helping others for Energy Exchange. In other words, it is vital you do not give your gift away because that will cause your Life-Energy to be out of Balance.  Even while you’re practicing make sure your clients understand they are doing you a favor by being your very first Reiki Clients therefore that is an energy exchange.  Generally, however, the exchange is in the form of payment.  Monetary or trade, you will learn to make wise decisions when performing such treatments as well as understand how valuable your gift is.

Mastering the Art of your new Energy Healing business - CELEBRATE!
As a Reiki Master Practitioner you will learn to attune and teach others to also become Reiki Healers. Truly something to be proud of, value and definitely a time to celebrate! This is a huge achievement. Should you decide to develop a thriving Reiki Business of your own this program will set you up with the tools and knowledge to do so.  Remember, what you focus on expands and everything that you are learning and experiencing is of your creation. What results can I expect?

Upon completion of your Usuii Reiki education, you will have Mastered and become Certified in Level I, Level II and possibly also the Master Level - Usui Reiki Healing Practice.  You will have confidence moving forward as you grow and expand in this Beautiful Business of Healing Arts.  Your knowledge and practice will set you up for success as you spread your wings and fly.  Whether or not you are already in the healing arts or a hands-on field, your practice will be enhanced beyond what you could ever imagine.  I am very excited to be part of this spiritual journey you are about to embark on!

Will I recover the investment I put into this Educational program?

Yes, a resounding Yes!  Even if you decide never to start a Reiki business, this program is well worth every cent of energy exchange simply from all of the knowledge and the heightened frequency of spiritual connection you will experience.  Once you’ve been attuned nobody can take that away from you.  Not only can you heal others, but you can also heal yourself.  Reiki can only be used for GOOD! Nothing bad can ever come from a Reiki healer.

Do I have to commit to all levels at this time?
Can I just take Level I or Level II or Master Level if I’ve already completed a Level I and II program?

No, you do not have to commit to all levels at this time. You can begin with Level I and if you choose to continue throughout the entire program you may do so. If you have proof of Level I or II Certification we can begin at an advanced Level as well.
